So unhappy with service. Was upsold services I didn’t need, that turned out to be extremely painful. My full set o temp dentures never fit properly, even after adding liner. I spent all that $ and can not wear them. Then I move out of state, which they knew would happen when I started, and having them transfer my care has taken weeks. I still haven’t got in to see new practice. So I spent thousands on dentures I can’t wear & still haven’t gotten permanent set. I feel cheated & robbed of my money & that moment where I get my smile back. Consumer beware at this office. It’s all about the sale. I’m praying NC office can make this right for me. I have paid for better.

2024 is the year to STOP rewarding businesses who provide bad customer service. We were prepared to pay almost $15,000 for implants and new dentures for my husband in cash. We did their whole song and dance for 2 hours during our consultation yesterday, 6/18/24. And lucky for us we happen to come in on the few days the implant surgeon was in the office. We left and decided to wait for the call to see what he had to say about my husband's bones for the implants. But we never received the call. We also never received a call that their "system was down" and the doctor was "in surgery until 7pm" no follow up. Nothing. The manager calls with an extremely argumentative tone instead of taking what I had to say as constructive to improve on their customer service. We've decided to go else where. Unfortunately it's going to cost us more now. Which is fine. Because the other company called and followed up. That's customer service. 👌👌 Also, be warned that their phone system will call you EVERY SINGLE DAY - sometimes twice a day. Extremely annoying.

I used affordable dentures 25 years ago, never had a problem. This past year I had a new pair made, again no problems. The staff is beyond friendly, kind and professional. Should you have any issues with your dentures once you get home, just make a call and the staff will help and support you in any way possible. Shirley, the receptionist, is BEYOND sweet and kind.

I was in so much pain from a tooth I needed extracted. My dentist couldn’t see me for 3 weeks. I called Affordable Dentures and they were able to see me the following day as a new patient. Went in and everyone was kind and helpful. Explained my situation and they were able to extract my tooth at a very reasonable price. I also was given a quote for upper and lower dentures. Price was about 15 grand LESS THAN Aspen Dental. Give them a try. I don’t think you’ll be disappointed.

What an incredible experience! From the friendly receptionist Shirley, to the Mgr. Daisy who took such good care to listen to my concerns and shared them with the Dr. The best most caring Dr. Murphy who made me so comfortable by asking so many questions about my health. I left relieved and ready to proceed with further treatment.
